When you visit the area are you celebrating a special event or gathering friends for a reunion, wedding, or get away? If so, be sure to mention this when you make your reservation.  Ask about any special items or activities you want to add to your stay. We may be able to suggest activities that increase the fun. We will do our best to assist you with your plans or accomodate your request so that your event is one that is remembered fondly for many years.

Heading out for a busy day? Ask about having lunch packed for you. You can select from a menu of items available for a particular day. 24 hour notice is requested for lunches. The cost of lunch will be added to your bill and does not include the Vermont lodging and meals tax.

Scheduled artisan discovery dates include planned activities at the house that guests may choose to participate in for an additional fee. The focus of each date is to discover the talent that goes into, or the product of, a particular artisan craft. These make excellent dates to book with a group of friends looking to learn something new. Please come back to check the dates and activities that are scheduled at the house.

Packages that include access to area entertainment or outdoor activities are offered periodically.  Special occasion packages can be requested when you make your reservation. Unless otherwise noted, a package price is in addition to your room rate. If the package combinations do not meet your needs, feel free to inquire about a customized package just for you.  A minimum of 48-hour advance notice is requested for all Special Occasion Packages although some special services may require up to 2 weeks notice.

Special Occasion Packages:

1. "2008 First Night St. J" includes a guest room for two, breakfast, a New Years Eve appetizer buffet, sparkling beverage toast, and two First Night passes.
2. "A special night" includes a guest room for two, chocolate covered strawberries, a sparkling beverage toast, continental breakfast in your room.
